Neurofolio ("the Service") is operated by Gorazdo("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Your content
You retain all ownership of the content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including processing it with AI to generate your portfolio, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. Content you choose to publish may be made publicly accessible.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
- upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- scrape, resell, or misuse the Service or other users' public content beyond what these Terms permit;
- impersonate others or post unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
- use the Service to generate content that is illegal or that violates the rights of third parties.
5. AI-generated output
The Service uses AI to produce drafts, suggestions, and portfolio content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or publish it. We make no guarantee that AI output is accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Some features may require a paid plan. Where paid plans apply, the price, billing cycle, and any renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change our prices on reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Gorazdo and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with them.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. On termination, the licences you granted us end, except as needed to comply with law or to complete operations already in progress.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gorazdo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
